Who Is Mohammad Shehzad
Days after Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife at his Bandra house in a suspected robbery case, the Mumbai Police arrested the prime accused in Thane. The prime suspect whose real name according to the Police is Mohammad Iliyas Shehzad.
He tried to mislead the police by giving them a hindu name that he had picked up in India. The police in an early morning press conference on Sunday revealed that Mohammad Shehzad is actually not an Indian as he was found with no Indian identity card.
The arrested man is a Bangladeshi national who’s been living in India for a long time with multiple Hindu fake names including Bijoy Das and Vijay Das. he was working at a restaurant as a waiter and had come to Mumbai only six months ago.
How was Saif Ali Khan Attack Case Accused arrested?
According to some reports and police sources, Mohammad Shehzad, the attacker of Saif Ali Khan was arrested from Thane where he was hiding after committing the crime. The police raided Heeranandani estate in west Thane where Mohammad Shehzad was hiding in a labor camp near the metro construction area.
Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: Robbery Or Planned Attack
As the case unfolds itself, it appears that the Saif Ali Khan attack case is not simply a suspected robbery because the accused did not steal a thing. According to the police and reports, Mohammad Shehzad entered Saif Ali Khan’s house between 1 to 2 am and attacked his children’s nanny before stabbing Saif Ali Khan six times.
He then fled the crime spot. Injured Saif Ali Khan who was bleeding profusely was rushed to Lilavati Hospital in an auto rickshaw at 2:30 am. The police are investigating the case and trying to find out the prime reason behind the Saif Ali Khan attack case.
Saif Ali Khan has now been moved from ICU to a normal ward where his condition is better. The surgery was successful in which a 2.5 inch long blade (knife) was removed.
