According to police and news reports, he was admitted to Lilavati Hospital around 2 a.m. for treatment. The incident occurred in Bandra, a prominent upscale area in Mumbai.

Dr. Nitin Dange, a neurosurgeon at Lilavati Hospital, gave updates on Saif Ali Khan’s health update. He confirmed that Khan’s condition is now stable and the actor is recovering from the injury.
He further explained that Saif Ali Khan suffered significant injuries, including a knife wound near his spine, but the surgery successfully removed the knife. Khan’s condition has improved, and he is currently under observation in the ICU. A plastic surgery team, led by Dr. Leena Jain, addressed the wounds on his hand and neck.
Dr. Niraj Uttamani, the Chief Operating Officer of Lilavati Hospital, stated that Khan sustained six injuries in total, including two minor, two intermediate, and two deep wounds, one of which was near his spine. The surgery was carried out by a neurosurgeon, and Khan is now in stable condition.

Mumbai Crime Branch gave an update on the attacker of Saif Ali Khan. “We have formed ten teams to apprehend him. Initial investigations indicate that he entered Saif Ali Khan’s residence through the stairs with the intention of committing a robbery,” said the police. The suspect has been identified.
