Sandeep Reddy Vanga Controversy: The controversy surrounding Deepika Padukone’s exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming film Spirit has escalated into a public dispute. Vanga, without naming Padukone directly, criticized an unnamed actress, widely believed to be Padukone, for engaging in “dirty PR games” and “fake feminism” following her departure from the project.
Vanga lashed out on Deepika in a post on X. He even said that Deepika tried to shade her junior, Tripti Dimri (who Vanga replaced DP with). Read on to know what is this Vanga and Deepika conflict.

On May 26, Vanga let out his frustration over the whole Deepika Padukone leaving Spirit issue. He took to his X account calling out Deepika indirectly, “You’ve ‘DISCLOSED’ the person that you are….” he said.
Without naming DP, Vanga said, “When I narrate a story to an actor, I place 100% faith. There is an unsaid NDA(Non Disclosure Agreement) between us. But by doing this, You’ve ‘DISCLOSED’ the person that you are….”

So, soon after the news of Deepika leaving Vanga’s Spirit broke, she got called unprofessional for her hefty and unfair demands. Her PR pushed stories to flip the narrative. Out of nowhere, many articles came up telling why Deepika Padukone left Vanga’s film Spirit.

Her PR revealed that there were too many A-rated scenes that Vanga had penned down between Prabhas and the lead actress. This is why he continued in his X post, “Aisa karo…. Agli baar poori kahani bolna… kyunki mujhe jarra bhi farak nahi padtha.”
He accused her of leaking confidential details about the film’s script, particularly its bold and adult-themed content.
Deepika Padukone shades Tripti Dimri?
According to what Vanga claims, DP attempted to undermine her replacement Tripti Dimri. Her PR tried to frame Tripti as someone who’s okay doing adult scenes again post-Animal.
“Putting down a Younger actor and ousting my story? Is this what your feminism stands for,” Vanga continued further.
Deepika is known for two major things on the internet besides her acting, Feminism and Mental Health advocacy. Vanga questioned her feminism after her PR tactics tried to bring down Tripti’s image.
