The video didn’t sit well with many social media users. Some called his behavior inappropriate, while others said they were shocked that none of the women reacted strongly. A user commented, “What is Udit Narayan doing?” Another wrote, “He just ruined his legacy.” Some even claimed that he has a history of such behavior.

Udit Narayan Justifies Kissing Female Fans

In response, Udit Narayan defended himself, saying that his bond with fans is filled with love and respect. Speaking to Hindustan Times, he said, “Fans can be very excited. But we are decent people. Some people show their love in different ways. Why make a big issue out of it?” He added that fans sometimes shake hands or even kiss hands in excitement, and such things shouldn’t be blown out of proportion.

Talking to Times of India, he suggested that the video was being misused to spoil his image. “If someone sees something wrong in a moment of pure affection, that’s their problem. I am not ashamed or sorry.”

Despite his explanation, many people feel his actions were inappropriate. While some fans continue to support him, others believe this controversy could affect his reputation.
