The mouth-watering meal at Keerthy’s big day looked colorful and healthy. Sambhar, lemon rice, coconut grated rice, poriyal, pickles, salad, banana chips and papad were served on banana leaves along with a banana, a staple in South Indian Sadhya meals. Keerthy’s wedding lunch looked like a healthy balance of taste, texture, color and traditions. Just looking at the photo, I feel like going to my local Dosa corner right away.
