A recent study by the European Heart Journal unveils the best time to drink coffee. The study was conducted on more than 40, 000 Americans. According to data and surveys, 66% of Americans drink coffee every day.
‘The average American coffee drinker drinks just over 3 cups per day,’ as per the data by National Coffee Association.

In its recent study, the European Heart Journal reveals that the best time to drink coffee is morning. Morning coffee drinkers had a 16% lower risk of dying from any cause and a 31% lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease over a 10-year follow-up period compared to non-coffee drinkers.
“Drinking coffee in the morning may be more strongly associated with a lower risk of mortality than drinking coffee later in the day,” concluded the study on health benefits of drinking coffee in morning.
