After the release of the album, many Puerto Ricans were waiting for the announcement of the long-awaited concert with the fear of running out of tickets due to high demand.

For this reason, many fans began lining up to buy tickets even while the concert dates were still unannounced. It wasn’t until last Monday, January 13 that Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rico residency was officially announced.

In the video, the artist reviews the places he has visited with his tours, to finally say “I don’t want to leave” in reference to Coliseo de Puerto Rico. The dates announced for Bad Bunny’s residency in Puerto Rico range from July 11 to August 24. However, the July dates will only be sold to Puerto Ricans on the island through an in-person purchase process.

The announcement of this residency is historic since Bad Bunny would be the first artist to perform a residency at Puerto Rico’s main entertainment stadium, the Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot. Ticket sales will begin on January 15 and January 17. Many fans continue to expect the residency will be extended until September, while they remain attentive to what the artist’s next step will be.

The production, which has been described as “his most Puerto Rican album to date”, turns out to be a letter of pride and love for being Puerto Rican. And while Bad Bunny prepares for this historic residency in Puerto Rico, he reaffirms, again, and in everything he does, his love for the island and his roots.
