Gully Boy 2: Looks like everyone’s favorite Gully Boy is getting another sequel. Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, which gained recognition as India’s official entry to the Oscars, is set to make a grand comeback with a sequel.
Fans, however, might not see Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt return as the iconic duo in the second part. The makers are in position to make Gully Boy 2 with a brand new pairing.

Gully Boy 2 Cast
According to the report by Filmfare, the makers of Gully Boy sequel might pull up Ananya Pandey and Vicky Kaushal as the new pair. The director of the film Arjun Varain Singh who also directed Kho Gaye Hum Kahan with Ananya is convinced that she would be perfect for the film.
“Arjun Varain Singh, who directed Kho Gaye Hum Kahan for Excel and Tiger Baby, is slated to direct the Gully Boy sequel. He’s confident that Ananya, who was his heroine in Kho Gaye, will be the perfect girl to lead the project. Vicky has been attached to the sequel for a long time now. Let’s see if all these three artists can come together to recreate the magic of Gully Boy,” said the source to Filmfare.
Ananya Pandey And Vicky Kaushal
If the sources are true, Ananya Pandey and Vicky Kaushal will romance on-screen for the first time. Ananya Pandey was last seen in Netflix’s CTRL. The poster of her upcoming movie Chand Mera Dil is also out now. Meanwhile Vicky Kaushal is all geared up for his next big project Chhaava.
